(V0.9) First release and item list/general info


Ok so i just thought i'd explain some things so they're clear and list all the items/weapons


basics:

there is a blue outlined number in the centre of jimmy, that's your shield charges

if you get hit you lose 1 shield charge and you gain temporary invincibility

enemies spawn with temporary invulnerability, some weapons can damage them when invulnerable but do little damage

enemies have increased health the longer the game goes on, they can also damage themselves by running into walls



enemies:

jumble - will randomly move around, slippery movement and they can be fast

jacob - less slippery movement but less speed, will move away from you if you get close, fires a projectile at you sometimes

jamson - very slow, directly moves toward you, a lot more health


abilities:

Bonk smash - gives you invincibility for a short time, slows you down and damages and pushes enemies away from you


the weapons:

handgun - standard gun

shotgun - fires multiple projectiles in a wide arc

mack - machine gun, fires a lot of bullets fast

sniper -  fires a fast projectile that does a lot of damage, penetrates a single enemy

bloop toob - a grenade launcher, creates explosion on impact that has shrapnel

plasma rifle - rapidly fires blue balls that have relatively high velocity

flamethrower - shots a lot of fireballs, will set enemies on fire

pipe gun - fires some shrapnel in a wide arc, doesn't do much damage and often misses but fires fast enough to be useful

proto beamer - fires high velocity laser beams that penetrate multiple enemies


powerups:

fire up - increases weapon fire rate and damage

sharp shot - increases acuracy and projectile speed

rick o' chet - projectiles bouce off enemies and walls

bi spread - one more bullet per shot but now in two directions at the same time also slightly less damage

big o bullets - fire rate decreased and projectiles move much slower but are larger and penetrate multiple enemies

speed shoes - you move faster

tesla field - you become invulnerable and enemies get damaged and set on fire if they get close but you cannot shoot or use your ability

slow foes - enemies move slower and spawn less often

turret buddy - spawns a floating turret for a short time that follows you and will shoot randomly

small ammo - gives some ammo to your current gun

big ammo - gives more ammo to your current gun

shield up - increase your shield charge by one

cool down - decreases cooldown on current ability

cash stash - gives you some more points


items:

laser pointer - a red laser will point from jimmy to the cursor, that's it (for now)

key -  allows you to unlock the barrier giving access to the shop and second area
