Graphical update

swaped positions of score with ability and powerup hud to top right

added hud graphics to back tha ability and powerup things

i added some dust particles to enemies moving over a certain speed, jimmy also gets these when under the effects of speed shoes or overdose

the camera now shakes when taking damage or an explosion goes off

guns now have a firing animation

added multikill thing that gives you more score if a single projective or explosion kills more than one enemy

some more game over texts among other things

some other stuff and animations and slight changes and fixes

added smoke particle for fire instead of using the dust one

decreased wait time after activating enerblast, added thing to show its about to fire
